Key Responsibilities:
• Address BIM 360 inquiries from all Autodesk customer tiers
• Prioritize and monitor critical service issues
• Document all interactions in a management system
• Explore and report product bugs and defects
• Provide regular updates to clients on issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or related field
• 2+ years of relevant BIM experience
