Technical Support Intern
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Support Intern to join our team at DialerMatrix (internship lead to job) .
- BS Computer Science (BSCS) student with at least 6 completed semesters , or
- Fresh graduate in BSCS or a related field
- Only apply if willing to work in USA Shift (Pakistan Time: 06 PM to 04 AM)
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Respond to user queries and resolve technical problems efficiently
- Assist with software installations, system configurations, and routine maintenance
- Document support activities and solutions
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary
