- Ensure availability, stability, and capacity of market data platforms supporting front-office and critical business services.
- Manage vendor relationships for operational matters, including incident resolution, service performance, and change coordination.
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management to minimize business impact and prevent recurrence.
- Partner with Application, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders on platform changes, onboarding, and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain strong governance on data usage, entitlement controls, and regulatory and audit requirements.
