This role requires troubleshooting physical/electrical equipment and is not a traditional customer service or software support role.
We are building out ProSun's Philippines technical service team — and we are looking for the person who will help us raise the bar.
This is not a call center role. This is a frontline, customer-facing position on a lean, fast-moving team that operates like a startup — with the backing of a 30-year-old, profitable US company behind it.
