Vaco is actively seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a Contract-to-Hire opportunity supporting a rapidly expanding distribution company in the Hickory Hill area of Memphis. Position Summary The Helpdesk Specialist I is responsible for maintaining approximately 50 workstations plus production technologies to ensure seamless operations within a fast-paced distribution center. This position is responsible for all onsite technical services, collaborating with outsourced MSP on Teir 2 / 3 issues as required, and providing end-user support to administrative and production teams. Primary Responsibilities: Provide mid-level (Tier 1 / 2) support for hardware and software challenges as required. Install, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, scanners, peripherals, and mobile devices. Escalate and monitor advanced issues with MSP partner as necessary.
