Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented JIRA Administrator (Tier 1 Support) to support and maintain our cloud-based project management and service management platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing JIRA and ServiceNow environments while providing first-level support to end users. This role requires close collaboration with project managers, developers, business stakeholders, and support teams to ensure the platforms effectively support business operations and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
