Pay range: $62,500 - $81,200 CAN
What You’ll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and service KARL STORZ medical equipment, including OR1® Integrated Operating Rooms
- Perform on‐site field service, preventative maintenance, and equipment installations
- Support customer demos, conferences, loaners, and equipment evaluations
- Document service activities using SAP ERP and quality system documentation
- Collaborate with Account Executives to promote service programs and displace competitive products
- Deliver high‑quality customer support in fast‑paced, high‑stakes environments
- Travel extensively within your region to support customer sites
