Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide Technical System Support - Provide daily technical support for PayRecon systems including OMS (Order Management System), WMS (Warehouse Management System), POS (Point of Sale) and other new PayRecon products.
- Troubleshoot System Issues - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system errors, user issues, and operational problems reported by internal teams or clients.
- User Account & Access Management - Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and system access for employees and clients.
- System Monitoring & Maintenance - Monitor system performance and ensure all PayRecon platforms operate smoothly and efficiently.
- Issue Logging & Follow-Up - Record reported issues, track progress, and follow up with the development team until the issue is resolved.
