Technical Support Team Lead — Dealer Lux
We’re looking for someone sharp, organized, and technically confident to help lead support operations for our dealership websites.
This is not a basic customer service role.
You’ll be:
- troubleshooting WordPress/web issues,
- helping clients,
- working directly with developers,
- improving support workflows,
- helping support/mentor other team members,
- and helping us build a stronger long-term support operation.
The right person for this role enjoys figuring things out, communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, and naturally takes ownership when problems need to be solved.
You do not need to be a full-time developer, but you should be comfortable around websites, WordPress, plugins/themes, troubleshooting, and technical problem solving. Familiarity with the following programming languages is required:...
