Technical Team Assistant, Taste & Wellbeing Division - Your future position?

Reporting to APAC RI Technical FC&A Director, Taste & Wellbeing
As a Technical Team Assistant, T&W within Givaudan, you will support the day-to-day tasks within Givaudan APAC RI Tech FC&A Team. In this exciting role, you will:
- Manage day-to-day administration of the technical function (e.g. bookings, purchasing, delivery arrangements, etc)
- Assist Technical Director and provide back-office support to the Technical Team.
- Act as the back-up for project screening administration and prepare reports in Atlas project system
- Maintain contracts and lab maintenance
- Purchase lab consumables and equipment for all Technical Labs
- Procure and prepare market products, props and mood boards for workshops/events
- Schedule meetings, events, travels and agenda, assist customer visits, inductions...
