The role involves leading and managing technical engineering activities across multiple projects, ensuring design coordination, constructability, compliance with project standards, and high-quality technical deliverables. The Technical Team Leader will play a key role in supporting BIM implementation, QA/QC processes, and multidisciplinary coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
