Job Description
**Description:** Duties include, but are not limited to:
Proctoring in classroom Instructor Lead Training (ILT) courses as well as On-Th-Job Training (OJT) directly on the production floor.
Develop training materials for use in training courses, with high attention to quality, role-specificity, and engaging learning experience.
Tracks, trends and monitors training compliance; prepares routine progress reports on job specific training programs.
Participates in other quality systems activities such as internal audit, inspection preparation and change control as required.
**Basic Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience
Ability to work 1st and 2nd shift to support training schedule and initiatives.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a process oriented environment.
Ability to work within and collaborate with a team.
