The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
•Grade 12 / Standard 10 (NQF Level 4) / N3 is essential
•ETD/ HRD Qualification / Certificate relevant to role on NQF level 4 an added advantage
•Blasting Certificate
•5 - 8 years’ experience as a Production Supervisor
•5 - 8 years’ experience in the HRD field
•Mine Overseer certificate of competency will be an added advantage.
•Assessor and Moderator ’s qualification will be an added advantage
