Job Description
- Lead the planning, development, review, implementation, and delivery of global training courses
- Ensure the annual global training calendar is published and maintained in the LMS, with all required courses available
- Liaise closely with trainers, training centers, crewing teams, manning partners, and seafarers to ensure compliance
- Proactively identify training needs and implement cost-effective solutions within approved budgets
