Technical Training Specialist
A well-established professional services organization is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to join its technology team. This position combines end-user training, application support, and hands-on IT operations in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
ResponsibilitiesTraining & User Enablement- Develop and deliver technology training programs for employees across the organization.
- Create and maintain training materials, documentation, and eLearning resources.
- Coordinate and facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
- Assess training needs and develop learning solutions that support business and technology objectives.
- Track training participation and maintain reporting and training records.
