This is not a traditional training coordination role. We are searching for a hands-on leader and change driver who will design and develop a modern, scalable, and business-oriented training ecosystem - connecting technical expertise, product strategy, customer needs, and service excellence.
The role combines training transformation, people leadership, learning design, and close cross-functional collaboration.
