Our Client, an American Biotechnology company, is looking for a Technical Writer 3 for their Sunnyvale, CA location. Responsibilities:
+ As a member of the Services organization, the Technical Writer ensures that development, delivery, and maintenance of technical Field Service documentation is consistent and compliant with product support needs and company guidelines. The Technical Writer produces accurate, clearly presented, consistent documentation on time for product releases, and requires no day-to-day instruction or general instruction for new assignments. The Technical Writer should be highly skilled in the development and maintenance of technical hardware documentation.
+ Plans, writes, edits, and maintains Field Service documentation (i.e., Field Service procedures and technical bulletins) for medical device systems.
+ Complete documentation control steps to release final documentation. This includes tracking work in JIRA and maintaining Chan...
