Job Description

Technical Writer (Document Management)

Do note that this role is a fully onsite position especially during the probation period.


Our Office Location: Union Bank Plaza, Ortigas Centre, Pasig City

Key responsibilities

  • Effectively manage a broad range of documentation projects for different teams across the organisation

  • Undertake document control related activities and ensure all documentation is processed in accordance with document control procedures in a timely manner

  • Manage logging, distribution, filing and archiving of controlled documents

  • Maintain registers including document and records registers

  • Produce documentation and create templates that support the operations of our information security management systems including policies, procedures, and work instructions
