We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team in a full-time, in-person capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technology and communication. Responsibilities
- Develop, write, and maintain user manuals, guides, and online help systems.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand product features and ensure accurate and thorough documentation.
- Edit, clarify, and proofread documents written by others, and coach non-writers on ways to improve their writing.
- Research and build knowledge about products, services, technology, or concepts to be documented.
