Responsibilities
- Work with production and quality staff to create and maintain Pre‑Delivery Inspections documents.
- Work with engineers and Customer Service team to create service bulletins and instructions for product updates.
- Structure and format documents for the intended audience distinguishing between operator‑facing content, technician‑level service documentation, and internal production instructions.
- Integrate visual content (diagrams, exploded views, annotated photographs, and CAD‑derived illustrations) to support written instructions wherever visuals improve clarity or reduce error risk.
- Conduct periodic reviews of existing documentation to identify gaps, outdated content, or inconsistencies introduced by product or process changes.
- Support cross‑functional teams during current product launches by developing supporting documentation in parallel with design and production readiness activities.
