Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role by actively contributing to the mission of the O&M department, which is to ensure the safety and efficiency of passenger mobility. The selected candidate will report to the Director of Operations and will be part of the O&M team responsible for operating and maintaining the system and the entire network for a 30‑year period.
Responsibilities
- Establish a process for managing operational documents, including their management, archiving, and classification of regulatory documentation;
- Participate in the development, implementation, and documentation of regulatory manuals for the operations;
- Keep all documentation up to date to ensure safe and efficient operations;
- Draft Operations Bulletins to temporarily amend regulations;
- Manage documentation updates based on client changes and operational experience;
