Job Summary:
This role requires advanced technical expertise, strong troubleshooting capability, and the ability to coach and mentor junior technicians. The Technician 6 works closely with engineers to support process optimization, equipment performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform advanced manufacturing operations including equipment setup, calibration, adjustment, and repair. Troubleshoot complex equipment, process, and product issues; identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Work closely with engineers on experiments, process changes, and improvement activities. Analyze production and equipment data to support yield, quality, and efficiency improvements.
