Essential Functions ?Inspection & Maintenance: Regularly inspect and test fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, and emergency safety equipment in accordance with NFPA and OSHA standards. Repairs & Recharging: Diagnose issues, perform necessary repairs, and recharge extinguishers to maintain full operational readiness. Installation & Replacement: Install new fire extinguishers and replace outdated or non-functional units as needed. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Ensure compliance with Baltimore City fire codes and school safety regulations. Training & Support: Provide basic fire extinguisher use training to staff and coordinate with safety personnel to enhance fire prevention measures.
