Actively monitor equipment during the testing process to identify hardware interruptions, such as paper feed issues, audible irregularities, or visible changes in output quality.
Maintain precise logs of test progress, including total page counts, timestamps of any interruptions, and specific symptoms of hardware behavior.
Resolve routine operational issues, such as clearing paper obstructions or performing system resets, to ensure tests continue with minimal downtime.
For issues requiring advanced repair, provide a detailed summary of the fault to the Engineering team to assist in their investigation.
Manage the replenishment of paper and ink/toner supplies to ensure uninterrupted testing cycles.
