Engineering/Facility Maintenance. Full‑time, Local. Reports to Lead Host – Engineering.
We are looking for an experienced Technician to support the launch of our first Hyatt House hotel in Malaysia. The role involves resolving maintenance issues, maintaining equipment, executing preventive maintenance, supporting other hosts as needed, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness, energy conservation, and safety.
Qualifications
- Takes an active role in resolving maintenance issues for both guest and associate areas, resolving those issues which can be dealt with immediately and reporting those which require specialist skill.
- Properly handles and maintains all power tools.
- Submits request to the Lead Host – Engineering for the purchases of parts and consumables.
- Ensures cleanliness of all work areas and protects the surroundings when executing duties.
