Job Description
Adesta, an Allied Universal® Company, is hiring a Technician I. The Technician I - Telecom is responsible for identifying underground utilities, construction oversight, general building maintenance, and reporting.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Provide support for building inspections and maintenance of systems including but not limited to; 48VDC, UPS, HVAC and GenSet
+ Utilize working knowledge of installation standards and procedures for fiber optic distribution panels
+ General maintenance includes housekeeping, weed-whacking, snow removal, etc.
+ Observe active construction work and protect existing facilities through routine cable route surveillance
+ Coordinate meetings with ROW owners to assess actual and/or potential conflicts with the company’s fiber infrastructure; work with other team members to design a modified route, if necessary
+ Perform routine inspections
+ May be required to be on-call (24X7) on a rotating schedule for network emergencies...
