- Comply with company's quality policy and standard code of conduct or guiding values.
- Provide daily or shift report to Equipment Engineer.
- Monitor and ensure equipment are always operational and PM and Cal are always updated.
- Collaboration with operators and engineering in resolving quality issue (machine and process related).
- Responsible in updating downtime and uptime reports thru R7/R8 system, active participation in AM-PM programs and 5S programs.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering field or the equivalent in experience.
- More than 3 years of experience as Assembly Line Sustaining Technician
- Experience in handling various equipment used in assembly of QFN, TQFP and SOIC packages.
- Knowledgeable in various machines for Backgrind, Wafer Saw, DA, WB, molding, plating, marking and packing.
