Position Summary
Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing all M & E including air-conditioning and refrigerated equipment including all sanitary, steam, hot and cold-water fittings, pumps. Ensure that all such equipments are working satisfactorily and efficiently through the hotel.
Responsibilities- Service and repair all electrical and mechanical equipment such as meters, starters, switch gears, fittings, wiring, vacuum machines, cables and all electrically operated machines throughout the hotel
- Install new starters including wiring and laying of cables, sockets, conducts, exhaust fans, doorbells, television sets, automatic doors, light fittings, etc
- Run new wiring and cables, also all electrical fittings, lighting points, power points, fuse boxes, isolators, etc
- To assist other technicians to perform other jobs as required by the Management
