Role OverviewAs a Technician in Fan Blade Manufacturing, you will be part of a high-precision aerospace production environment, working on the manufacturing of hollow titanium fan blades used in Rolls‑Royce aircraft engines.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, furnaces, automated robotic systems, and process lines
- Perform precision manufacturing tasks on high-value aerospace components, ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards
- Work within a cleanroom environment across processes such as bonding, etching, and non‑destructive testing (X‑ray, FPI, ultrasonic testing)
