Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Production support:
- Respond to requests for assistance from assemblers and production technicians;
- Investigate problems encountered on production lines;
- Diagnose problems on raw materials and robotic assemblies to determine root causes of failures;
- Produce documentation associated with diagnostics and non-conformances;
- Work in collaboration with other departments as required (e.g. engineering, quality control, quality assurance, purchasing);
- Identify any process improvements with the aim of optimizing work.
Maintenance and calibration:
- Plan and follow up on equipment maintenance and calibration activities with the various parties involved (internal and external);
- Manage and monitor the equipment maintenance and verification program;
- Ensure complete documentation of maintenance and calibration operations;
