Technician - RDA Shift Process

At Micron Fab10, you will play a meaningful role in identifying, analyzing, raising, and addressing potential defect issues. You will work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, supporting product quality and process control through defect data analysis, and collaborating with engineering and manufacturing teams. • Analyze defect data using SEM, optical review tools, and statistical software to identify process issues.
• Identify and raise tool issues, potential excursions, and scrap risks to the appropriate teams.
• Interpret Special Work Requests (SWRs) and ensure accurate execution and feedback.
• Document findings, build deviation reports, and support excursion investigations.
