Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Training & Development: Identify knowledge gaps and organize on-the-job training or mentorship programs for junior and senior technicians.
- Task Delegation: Allocate repair and maintenance tasks fairly based on technician skill sets, project priorities, and deadlines.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance appraisals, handle staff complaints, and provide constructive feedback.
- Work Progress Monitoring: Track daily activities to ensure jobs are completed on schedule, within budget, and to standard.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections on ongoing projects and sign off on completed work orders.
- Troubleshooting: Act as the highest-tier technical escalation point to assist technicians with complex machinery, hardware, or software issues.
