Job Summary:The Technician is responsible for carrying out installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing works to ensure products, equipment, or systems are functioning efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform installation, testing, and commissioning of products/equipment
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair works on site or in workshop
- Carry out preventive maintenance and servicing
- Inspect equipment and identify faults or technical issues
- Ensure all works are completed according to company standards and safety requirements
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers
- Attend onsite service appointments and handle customer feedback professionally
