Job Description
Main Duties andKey Responsibilities: Coordinate installation and maintenance work with contractors/vendors Ensure proper inventory and stock control Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment Perform preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns Ensure compliance with safety, electrical, and environmental regulations Perform general handyman tasks (e.g. painting, carpentry) Support cost control initiatives and system efficiency improvements Carry out tasks assigned by superiors Requirements: Should possess at least a Professional Certificate/NITEC in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or related fields At least 2 to 3 years of experience in electrical/mechanical work Knowledge and experience in plumbing, grouting, painting and carpentry. Able to work shifts and in outdoor conditions Self-motivated and customer-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills
