Job Description

TECHNICIAN

 Must be an Automotive Qualified Technician:



  • Diagnose, repair, and service vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards.

  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and fault-finding on mechanical and electrical systems.

  • Conduct repairs efficiently and within allocated flat-rate times.

  • Identify additional repair requirements and report to Workshop Foreman for authorization.

  • Ensure accurate completion of job cards, including work carried out and parts used.

  • Order and fit correct replacement parts and components.

  • Utilize diagnostic equipment and computer systems to identify vehicle faults.

  • Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality control, and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure all workshop safety procedures and company policies are followed.
