This role involves testing products to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, delivering technical guidance, and representing the business through customer engagement and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Review test results and discuss findings with clients
Prepare technical reports and respond to customer enquiries
Deliver presentations, seminars and webinars
Ensure compliance with quality systems and health & safety standards
Support the development and training of junior technical staff
Deliver internal and external training programmes
Contribute to technical articles and industry publications
Participate in client visits and promote services
