- Enhance and/or automate trading operations systems and workflows to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Own major operational incidents end-to-end: diagnose root cause, drive resolution, and prevent recurrence.
- Partner with Operations and Development teams to investigate and resolve complex live production issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and Operations to design, integrate, and operationalize backend workflows that enable onboarding new products and business initiatives.
- Automate manual processes by building practical, maintainable scripts and internal tools.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to processes, tools, and workflows.
- Provide occasional after-hours support as needed and participate in testing activities.
