Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execute assigned Technology sub‑category strategies (e.g. SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity), including spend analysis, market assessment and opportunity identification.
- Lead end‑to‑end sourcing activities with IT stakeholders, including RFx execution, evaluation, negotiation and contract award.
- Manage key suppliers, covering performance reviews, contract compliance, renewals and issue resolution.
- Conduct supplier risk and due diligence assessments, including cybersecurity, financial and ESG considerations.
- Deliver and track cost savings and optimisation initiatives, including licence optimisation and consumption management.
- Ensure sourcing activities comply with ESG, sustainability and regulatory requirements (e.g. data residency, AI ethics). Use digital and AI‑enabled tools to support spend analysis, contract reviews and renewal tracking.
