About the job Technology Development Engineer (eflash Process) Responsibilities:
Develop eflash process with internal R&D and Module teams.
Understand customers' requirement on device/process specifications.
Collaborate with internal R&D testing team to develop eflash CP test program and qualification criteria.
Develop and improve new devices, including electrical parameter tuning and layout optimization, as well as device qualification.
Set up PDK related document for new development devices, including topological layout rule definition and electrical spec definition, as well as Boolean formula creation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in electronics/electrical/physics/materials engineering or other relevant fields.
Possess minimum of 5 years Experience in Foundry R&D, process integration, device development or process modules.
