The TICX Technology Manager for Managed Services will report into the Head of Innovation and will hold a pivotal position in the expansion of TICX activities into new areas of the company (GSMA Services). Main responsibilities will be to drive and participate in the assessment, definition, execution and delivery of technology initiatives within GSMA Ltd Services branch. The role involves defining user experiences, managing integrations, coordinating stakeholders, and driving innovation in digital transformation projects. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact across the business for their assigned projects/workstreams.
