Join to apply for the Multimedia Developer-EN role at CAE. The Multimedia Developer designs, develops, and implements interactive training programs and courseware in support of aviation training requirements. This role applies the Instructional Systems Development (ISD) process and produces engaging digital learning materials, simulations, and interactive courseware. The developer integrates graphics, audio, video, and interactive elements into multiple delivery platforms to meet program standards and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Work with assigned experts to develop ISD products through a process that includes review and research of government furnished materials (GFMs).
- Interview subject matter experts (SMEs), locate and extract information from GFMs, syllabus, course structure, and other ISD documents to ensure training meets ISD and technical requirements.
- Assist in development of mu
