Telco Account (Chat Support) – 3 Months BPO – 30k Sign‑on Bonus
3‑month contract position as a Call Center Agent/CSR with onsite work in Makati. Full‑time, shift schedule. No prior BPO experience required, high school graduation required (college degree an advantage).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via chat.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver top‑tier service.
- Maintain high volume and quality standards in a fast‑paced environment.
- Follow company procedures and use provided training and tools.
Qualifications
