Job Description
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across telecom digital and enterprise systems.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define business vision, scope, and solution roadmap.
- Own and manage complex requirements (BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows).
- Provide leadership in solution design discussions for BSS/OSS and digital platforms.
- Analyze and define system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
- Act as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams.
- Drive and support Agile ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews).
- Lead UAT strategy, execution, and stakeholder sign-offs.
- Identify process gaps and recommend digital transformation initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior BAs within the team.
- Ensure solutions align with business KPIs, customer experience, and scalability goals.
