Qualifications:
- Experience in telecom rigging, installation, or tower work
- Physically fit and willing to work in field conditions
- With safety training (e.g., Working at Heights, Basic Rigging) is an advantage
Duties and responsibilities
- Equipment installation: Install and secure telecom hardware, including antennas, radios, cables, amplifiers, and microwave dishes, both on the tower and on the ground.
- Structural work: Perform the erection, installation, and dismantling of telecommunications towers and other steel structures. This may also involve minor civil works.
