Join our team as a Tele Counselor in Phase 11, Mohali. As a freshers, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to provide information about our services and persuade them to enroll. You will also need to follow up with leads to ensure conversion.Key responsibilities include:- Making outbound calls to prospective customers to explain our services and benefits.- Handling customer inquiries and providing accurate information about our programs.- Following up on leads and ensuring that potential customers are engaged and interested.Skills and expectations:- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.- Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.- Good listening skills and attention to detail.- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.- Ability to work independently and meet targets.- Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage.
