We are hiring a Tele Recruiter /
Tele Caller who will be responsible for hiring field workforce/field
executives on a daily basis. The ideal candidate should be confident in
handling bulk hiring and capable of closing positions quickly through effective
communication and follow-ups.

Key
Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telephonic screening and interviews for field executives
  • Manage bulk hiring and ensure daily closures
  • Source candidates through job portals, references, and databases
