Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry
Location: Reno, NV
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: 3x12, Days, 1845 - 0715
Job Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) in Telemetry provides optimal patient care utilizing their knowledge and skills within the nursing process. This role is accountable for individualized patient outcomes throughout an entire episode of care. The RN delivers comprehensive nursing services to adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including their families and caregivers.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for telemetry patients.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as necessary.
- Provide care to patients with various conditions, including CHF, alcohol withdrawal, NSTEMIs, sepsis, dysrhythmias, and post-procedure patients.
- Administer medications, including non-titratable cardiac medication drips.
