- Design, install, and maintain telecommunications systems and networks
- Monitor network performance and ensure reliable connectivity
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and outages
- Configure telecom equipment such as routers, switches, and transmission systems
- Plan and implement network upgrades and expansions
- Conduct site surveys and analyze technical requirements
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Collaborate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
- Maintain documentation of network configurations and changes
- Optimize network performance for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Support installation of fiber optic, wireless, and broadband systems
