**Amentum** is seeking a **Telecommunication Technician** **II** for the **North of Las Vegas, NV** region.
**Purpose and Scope:**
Installs, operates, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs fire and security alarms, access control systems, and associated equipment such as control panels, smoke/heat detectors, door contacts, motion sensors, card readers, temperature alert sensors, and glass break detectors. Control panels and devices include products from Fire-lite, Advantor, lnfographics, Wells Fargo, MDI, and Pyrotronics. Position is represented by a Union Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, design and layout systems, create databases, install cabling, mount and wire controls and peripherals.
