Telemarketer

The Telemarketer is responsible for handling inbound inquiries and generating outbound leads across multiple brands. This role serves as a frontliner for customer communication via social media, website, e-commerce platforms, and phone calls. The Telemarketer ensures timely, accurate, and professional responses while supporting sales growth through lead generation and qualification.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound Customer Support & Inquiry Handling

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries from:

o Facebook Pages and other social media platforms (comments and direct messages)

o Company websites

o E-commerce platforms

• Provide accurate product information, pricing, availability, promotions, and basic after-sales support.

• Route complex concerns or escalations to the appropriate internal teams (Sales, Operations, Logistics, or Management).
